By accessing the Site or using any of its features or services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to comply with them.

You may browse the Site without creating an account.

Certain features may, however, require you to create a personal account, including access to member-only services, reservation requests, membership management or certain exclusive content.

Your username, login credentials and password are strictly personal and confidential.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities carried out through your account.

You may not transfer, sell or otherwise provide a third party with access to your account.

You must inform us as soon as possible if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any other security breach.

Estoril Country Club reserves the right to suspend or deactivate an account in the event of fraudulent, abusive or otherwise unauthorised use or any breach of these Terms.

All elements available on the Site, including texts, photographs, videos, logos, trademarks, graphics, illustrations, designs, animations, documents, interfaces and audiovisual materials (the “Content”), are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unless otherwise stated, the Content is owned by Estoril Country Club or is used with the permission of its respective owners.

Estoril Country Club may limit the total number of members admitted to the Club.

The Site may allow you to request or make reservations for certain services offered by Estoril Country Club, including restaurants, sporting activities, events, Club facilities and Day Passes.

Availability displayed or communicated may vary, and a reservation is only considered confirmed once confirmation has been provided in accordance with the applicable booking process.

Certain services may be subject to specific conditions regarding opening hours, minimum age requirements, number of participants, cancellations, late arrivals, weather conditions or other operational requirements.
